Public's help sought in '12 double homicide

LITTLE ROCK — Police are seeking the public's help for new leads in an unsolved double homicide that occurred nearly two years ago in central Arkansas.

The victims — 27-year-old Herman Hill and 24-year-old Alexis Crawford — were found dead in May 2012 at a home at 7208 Reed Road, which is off Crystal Hill Road and Interstate 430 near North Little Rock. An 18-month-old boy was found asleep inside a bedroom unharmed.

The Pulaski County sheriff's office said foul play appeared to be involved. Sheriff's office spokesman Lt. Carl Minden said at the time that detectives found enough indication of the cause of their deaths to conclude they were homicides, but he didn't elaborate.

No suspects have been identified by officials in the case, though investigators are trying to generate fresh leads.

Both Hill and Crawford had arrest histories with the sheriff’s office.
