He is retired from Union Pacific Railroad. They are the parents of Tina R. Dobbins of North Little Rock and Ty Randall of Memphis. The couple have three grandchildren.
MOUNTAIN VIEW — Peggy and Charles “Billy” Presley have celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary. The couple were married May 7, 1954. She is the former Peggy Wagner and is retired from sales. He is a retired iron worker and a Navy veteran. The couple have five children, Mike, Steve, Gloria, Mark and Matt; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
