JPs told jam at jail a state problem

Pulaski County justices of the peace asked Sheriff Doc Holladay and County Judge Buddy Villines on Tuesday night to update them on the jail's overcrowding and "closure", with a several of them asking if the Quorum Court could do anything to help.
