A loaded handgun was found in a locker at the North Little Rock High School freshman campus on Friday afternoon.
North Little Rock Police Department Sgt. Brian Dedrick said Principal Caroline Faulkner received a tip around noon that there was a gun in a locker on campus, which is located at 2400 Lakeview Road.
Faulkner retrieved the gun, and two juveniles were taken into custody to be questioned by police, Dedrick said.
No charges have been filed at this point, Dedrick said.
