Electric-chair law rouses Tennessee protest

Protesters at the Tennessee state Capitol voiced opposition Tuesday to a new law signed by Gov. Bill Haslam allowing the use of the electric chair if lethal-injection drugs become unavailable to execute any current or future death-row inmate.
