Stalled system keeps rain in state

A stalled low-pressure system over Louisiana continued to bring intermittent rainfall to Arkansas on Friday.

More than 3 inches of rain has fallen in North Little Rock and Little Rock over the past three days, including 1.82 inches that fell Thursday, breaking a daily record set in 1899.

Forecasters say the rain will continue through the weekend.
