There will be some relief this weekend for those nostalgic for the music of the heavy metal/hair bands of the 1980s, as the former lead singer of Skid Row comes to town.

Sebastian Bach and his band will perform Sunday at Juanita's.

Bach, who was fired from his former band in late 1996, has since pursued acting roles in several TV shows, including 13 episodes of Gilmore Girls, along with appearances in numerous reality TV series. He released his latest album, Give 'Em Hell, in April.

Iron Tongue, a local hard rock band, will open the show at 8 p.m.; doors will open at 7 p.m.

Tickets are $25.
