One injured in Little Rock shooting

One person was injured in a shooting Thursday night in Little Rock, authorities said.

According to a Little Rock Police Department report, Isaac Tyler of Little Rock suffered non-life threatening injuries in the shooting at a house in the 2000 block of Security Avenue.

Police responded about 9:50 p.m. and found Tyler bleeding from his left arm and both legs behind a nearby residence, the report said. A witness said Tyler ran there after being shot.

Authorities then went to 2012 Security Ave., where they found shell casings on the floor and outside the back door as well blood on a floor, wall and door, police said.

Investigators spoke with several people who said they were in the residence but "were asleep when the shooting happened, and did not see anything," the report said.

Tyler, whose age was not included in the report, was taken to UAMS Medical Center.

No arrests have been made and no information on a possible motive has been released.
