Holmes was shot twice with a .40-caliber pistol during a confrontation at Laser and Kentucky streets. He later died.

Dickerson was previously arrested Nov. 10 on a charge of hindering apprehension or prosecution stemming from allegations that he had information about the shooting but refused to cooperate with police.

Alex Lamar Wade, 22, of Little Rock, whom police identified as the shooter, was arrested Nov. 14 on a charge of capital murder after turning himself in. He remained in custody with bail set at $250,000.

Dickerson was arrested on new warrants Nov. 19 in a triple shooting, which occurred Oct. 22. He was charged with three counts of criminal attempt at capital murder and one count of aggravated robbery. He was held without bail.

Henson and Counts were each charged with one count of hindering apprehension or prosecution. Counts was also charged with theft by receiving of a firearm and possession of a firearm by certain persons after a stolen 9mm handgun was found during the search of the residence Nov. 19.

Counts was held in lieu of $30,000 bond, and Henson was held in lieu of $25,000 bond.

Theodis Lee Gordon Jr., 20, was arrested the day after the Oct. 22 triple shooting and charged with aggravated robbery and three counts of criminal attempt to commit capital murder. He remains in custody with bail amounts totaling $1 million.

According to reports, Hot Springs police responded to CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs around 7 p.m. Oct. 22 after three shooting victims arrived by private vehicle at the emergency room. Two victims were men, both age 19, and one was a woman, age 23, all of Hot Springs.

The victims told police that they had gone to the Leonard Street Baptist Church to meet a man they knew as "TJ Gordon" so that one victim could sell him a bag of marijuana.

After they parked there, the man they were meeting walked over and got in the back seat, the victims told police. The man then pulled out a handgun and demanded that they give him "everything they had," they said.

One victim reached for the gun and a brief struggle ensued, during which the gunman started shooting as he got out of the vehicle. Bullets hit all three victims, they told police.

The detectives asked the victims if they were sure the shooter was "TJ Gordon," and one noted that it was the name he had always known Gordon by and the name Gordon used on his Facebook profile.

Detectives located the Facebook page for "TJ Gordon," and the victims told police that was the man who had shot them. Detectives recognized the person on the page as Theodis Lee Gordon Jr., who has been arrested previously, reports showed.

According to reports on the shooting of Holmes, shortly before 3:30 a.m. Nov. 8 police responded to Laser and Kentucky streets in regard to shots fired and found an unoccupied white Chevrolet Impala in the middle of the intersection.

Officers learned that a man, later identified as Holmes, had been taken by private vehicle to National Park Medical Center. Detectives later identified Wade as a suspect in the case and issued a warrant for his arrest.

Police have noted that there was no known relationship between Wade and Holmes, and they believe the shooting occurred after an argument.
