FORT SMITH — Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee and U.S. Sen. John Boozman are headlining a political rally to support the campaign of U.S. Rep. Tom Cotton.
Huckabee and Boozman will join fellow Republican Cotton at Thursday's "River Valley Political Rally" at the Fort Smith Museum of History.
The event is free and open to the public.
Cotton is seeking to unseat Democratic U.S. Sen. Mark Pryor, who is running for a third term. The heated race for Pryor's seat, which Republicans say is key to winning a majority in the Senate, is one of the most closely watched — and the most costly —in the country.
