A 23-year-old North Little Rock man has been arrested overnight in the fatal shooting of a man during a home invasion robbery in Little Rock's Capitol View neighborhood.

Wesley Wooley was booked into the Pulaski County jail shortly before 1:45 a.m. He was being held without bail later Tuesday morning.

Records on file at Little Rock police headquarters show Wooley was arrested about 9:40 p.m. Monday at his residence in the 1100 block of West 36th Street in North Little Rock.

A police spokesman confirmed Woosley was arrested in the killing of 52-year-old Terry Lipsmeyer at 118 Rice St.

Authorities said previously they were looking for two white men, including one named Wes, in the fatal shooting early Saturday.

Little Rock Police Lt. Sidney Allen said investigators are looking for the second man but have "no releasable information" on him.

"The search for the second suspect continues," he said in an email.

Lipsmeyer's roommate told investigators the two men forced their way in, robbed the residents at gunpoint and then one of them shot Lipsmeyer in the chest as they were fleeing.

Two other homicides were also reported over the weekend in Little Rock: 16-year-old Braylon Moore died from his injuries after being found shot Saturday night at 2100 W. 24th St., and 21-year-old Brandon Fountain was later found dead in a car nearby, also from an apparent gunshot wound.

No arrests have been made in those cases.
