Air speed: The Great War Memorial Balloon Race has undergone a transformation. Now named Balloons on the River, it will take place at North Little Rock's Riverfront Park. Hours are 4-10 p.m. Oct. 3, 6:30 a.m.-10 p.m. Oct. 4 and 6:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Oct 5. Admission is $5 for the weekend, $5 for parking, and children 12 and under are allowed in free.
