PINE BLUFF -- Pine Bluff police are investigating the death of a man found by railroad crews early Thursday morning as a homicide.
Pine Bluff Police Department spokesman Lt. David Price said officers responded to a report of a "man down" in a grassy lot at Fourth Avenue and Spruce Street about 7:15 a.m. Thursday.
There, officers found 25-year-old Reggie Willis of Pine Bluff dead with blood on his face, Price said. The cause of death was unknown Thursday, Price said, adding that "the investigation is being treated as a homicide, and any further information will be released as it becomes available."
