Attorney General Dustin McDaniel was admitted to UAMS Medical Center in Little Rock on Monday after a reaction to a new blood-pressure medication, officials say.
“He was admitted to the hospital for observation, but he is doing well,” Aaron Sadler, McDaniel’s spokesman, said in an email.
“He is busy making work phone calls and responding to emails and texts.”
It’s unknown when McDaniel will be released from the hospital.
