Woman kicked in trailer's door for 'revenge' over bad car deal, police say

A 19-year-old woman was charged with residential burglary after she acknowledged to authorities she kicked in another woman's door to get "revenge" over a car deal she felt she had been cheated on, the Pulaski County sheriff's office said.

Tosha N. McDonald was arrested Saturday, though she was cited and released at the Pulaski County jail because the facility is closed to all but offenders accused of serious or violent crimes because of overcrowding.

According to a sheriff's office report, the manager at the Phil Rod Acres trailer park on Arkansas 89 west of Cabot told investigators McDonald had broken into another woman's trailer.

Deputies then met with McDonald, who said she the woman "ripped her off" in the car deal and that she then went to the residence to "kick some ass," the report said.

"McDonald told me several times that she broke into [the victim's] residence for the purpose of 'revenge' and to get her money back," authorities wrote in the report.

The victim's trailer suffered a broken door frame and was left with its door open, the report said.
