Gunshot hits man at LR apartments
An unidentified man was shot during an exchange of gunfire at a Little Rock apartment complex Monday night, according to police.
Little Rock police Lt. Dana Jackson said police responded to a shooting call about 9:45 p.m. at Barrington Hills Apartments, 1221 Reservoir Road, where witnesses told them occupants of a red Chevrolet Impala and a red Chrysler had fired shots at each other. The occupant of the Chrysler was hit once, he said.
The man was taken to CHI St. Vincent Infirmary, and police did not know his condition late Monday night.
Witnesses at the complex said eight to 10 shots were fired.
