McDaniel released from UAMS

Arkansas Attorney General Dustin McDaniel has been released from a Little Rock hospital after having been admitted for a reaction to a new blood-pressure medication.

McDaniel, 42, was released from University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences on Tuesday after being held overnight for observation.

“UAMS released me a few minutes ago,” McDaniel tweeted about 12:35 p.m. Tuesday. “Great people doing great things for Arkansas up there. Thanks for the warm wishes!”
