Nathan Rotramel, 31, is accused of shooting Montie Brian Fisher in the leg and head Aug. 2, the affidavit states. It says Rotramel told investigators he shot Fisher after telling him to get off his property at 11453 Creekside Road.

"Defendant said that victim was making statements that he was 'God' and was making hand motions/gestures like he was shooting the defendant," the affidavit states. "From his bedroom window, defendant shot victim in the leg with a .22 cal rifle. Defendant then shot victim in the head with the rifle."

Officers responded to the scene of the shooting about 4 p.m. after receiving a call about a burglary in progress with shots fired, the affidavit states.
