Second suspect in PB attempted murder brought back to Arkansas

The second suspect to be arrested in the robbery and attempted murder of a man outside a Pine Bluff barbershop has been brought back to Arkansas, authorities said.

The Pine Bluff Police Department said Thursday that Deundra Harris, 21, was arrested in Wisconsin on Sept. 1 and was extradited back to Arkansas on Wednesday to face charges in the June 30 crime.

Harris is accused of being one of the men who forced the 26-year-old victim into a sport utility vehicle before hitting him with a gun, shooting him twice and striking him with the SUV outside the Head Hunters Barber Shop at 3209 S. Main St. The victim was left critically injured.

Another suspect, 20-year-old Azeez Muhammad, was arrested last month. A third suspect, 20-year-old Brandon White, is still being sought.

The police department asked anyone with information about the crime to call (870) 541-5300 or (870) 730-2090.
