A Cabot man won $100,000 this week on a $5 Money Matters ticket, the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery said Friday.
Waylon Spivey bought his lucky ticket at the Express Mart, 1530 W. Main St. in Jacksonville.
Spivey told lottery officials his prize money is going into his savings account.
