Educator to speak about science fields

The president and chief executive officer of Project Lead the Way will speak Monday on science, technology, engineering and mathematics education at the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service.

Vince Bertram will address the education and economics involved in science, technology, engineering and mathematics education and will discuss ways in which businesses, educators and communities can work together. His organization features curriculum and a teacher professional development model aimed at helping students develop the skills to succeed in a global economy.
