Golf Tournament and Ultimate Tailgate and Auction

3 6 p.m. -- The 23rd annual Tom Pagnozzi Ultimate Tailgate and Auction will be held at the Springdale Country Club. The benefit will include drinks, food and live and silent auctions.

Event proceeds will benefit the Pagnozzi Charities Youth Sports Scholarship Program. The program grants sports scholarships to underprivileged children in kindergarten through eighth grades in Northwest Arkansas. Participation in sports at a young age has been proven to increase self-esteem, improve grades in school and keeps kids off drugs. Tickets are $35. 3 6:30 p.m. -- The Red Shoe Shindig: Italian Masquerade Ball will be held at EpiCenter by Movie Lounge in Fort Smith. The benefit for the Ronald McDonald Family Room at Mercy Northwest Arkansas will feature a four-course Venetian cuisine dinner prepared by Chef Steven Brooks and paired with Italian wines.
