LR man arrestedon robbery charge

A Little Rock man was arrested Sunday over accusations he robbed a man at gunpoint, according to a police report.

Ryan William, 30, was robbed about 2:20 a.m. Sunday in an alley at 4300 Asher Ave. While the robbery was happening, William's brother flagged down police, who caught L.C. Antonio Anderson running out of the alley.

Police found Anderson, 29, in possession of a 9mm gun and William's property, police said. He was booked into Pulaski County jail on charges of aggravated robbery, theft of property and possession of a firearm by certain persons.

Anderson's bail was set at $25,000, and he remained on the jail's roster late Monday.

Father pulled gunon kids, police say

A Little Rock man purportedly pointed a loaded shotgun at his children and their mother Sunday, according to police.

Police said Pravies Darrough, 21, pointed a sawed-off shotgun at his children -- a 5-year-old and a 2-month-old -- and their mother, 23-year-old Winter Williams, in his Little Rock home about 10:30 a.m. According to an arrest report, Darrough said "I will kill y'all."

Darrough is also accused of putting a knife to Williams' neck.

Darrough was arrested and booked into Pulaski County jail on four counts of aggravated assault, a Class D felony, as well as one count criminal use of a prohibited weapon.

His bail was set at $25,000, and he remained on the jail's roster late Monday.

Assault in NLRleads to arrest of 1

A homeless man was arrested Saturday after a woman told police he pulled a knife on her, police said.

At 7:30 p.m., police responded to 1415 W. 19th St. in North Little Rock, the home of Rodterriauna Michell. Michell told officers that Jwan Jackson ran into her house, kicked her in the stomach and pulled a knife on her.

Jackson, 25, was arrested and booked into Pulaski County jail on a charge of aggravated assault.

His bail was set at $25,000, and he remained on the jail's roster late Monday.

Man, 18, chargedin LR carjacking

A man identified as a suspect in a carjacking that occurred earlier this month was arrested Friday, according to police.

Johnnie Lee Phillips III, 18, was arrested at Hamilton Learning Academy, 3401 S. Bryant St., about 8:30 a.m. Friday.

He was booked into Pulaski County jail on felony charges of aggravated robbery and theft of property.

Phillips was named as one of the gunmen who stole a car at 3200 John Barrow Road on Sept. 7.

He remained in jail in lieu of $75,000 bond late Monday.
