• Jeremy Wayne Elmore, 25, of 1997 Highway 412 West, Apt. 5 in Siloam Springs was arrested Monday in connection with felony theft of property, felony theft by receiving, possession of a firearm by certain persons, misdemeanor theft of property lost, mislaid or delivered by mistake, shoplifting and misdemeanor failure to appear. Elmore was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Miguel Alberto Fuentes, 25, of 517 N. Seventh St. in Rogers was arrested Monday in connection with failure to register as a sex offender. Fuentes was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Bryan Gene Goodrich, 29, of 12860 Bryant Lane in Rogers was arrested Monday in connection with second-degree domestic battery. Goodrich was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Robert Clay Higginbottom, 24, of 2400 Tunica Court in Bentonville was arrested Monday in connection with a felony parole violation. Higginbottom was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• James Joseph Hitchcock, 49, of 805 N. 11th St. in Rogers was arrested Monday in connection with a fourth offense driving while intoxicated, a felony, and no proof of insurance. Hitchcock was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Judah Ingle, 25, of 1304 Callahan Drive in Rogers was arrested Monday in connection with delivery of a controlled substance. Ingle was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Lafrancis Angelo Sanford, Jr., 28, of 919 N. 11th St. in Rogers was arrested Monday in connection with 15 counts of misdemeanor failure to appear, seven misdemeanor counts of contempt, a civil count of contempt, three counts of shoplifting, one count of fleeing on foot and a felony parole violation. Sanford was being held Tuesday in Benton County Jail on a $34,673.94 bond.

• Vernon Lee, 51, of 396 W. Wilson St. was arrested Tuesday in connection with failure to appear. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $50,000 bond Tuesday.

• Candy Forbes, 41, of 1137 W. End Ave. was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and violation of a suspended sentence or probation. She was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $3,500 bond Tuesday.

• Gregory Busby, 25, of 3044 W. Wildflower St. was arrested Monday in connection with criminal mischief in the first degree and breaking or entering vehicles. He was released Monday from the Washington County Detention Center with a $2,500 bond.

• James Coffelt, 50, of 22831 Elevator Road in Hindsville was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $3,500 bond Tuesday.

• John Goss, 35, of 23453 Arkansas 303 in Hindsville was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of methamphetamine or cocaine with the intent of delivering, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond Tuesday.

• A wreck was reported at 5:18 p.m. Monday from Arkansas 12 and Battlefield Road in Garfield near an recreation vehicle park.

• A wreck involving a 1972 Chevrolet and a 2004 Toyota Camry was reported at 7:36 p.m. Monday from Arkansas 12 and Cripps Road in Gentry.

• A truck hit a cow at 8:17 p.m. Monday near 23388 Honey Creek Road in Sulphur Springs. The truck had front-end damage.

• A non-injury accident was reported at 7:58 a.m. Monday from 2500 S.W. 14th St.

• A hit-and-run accident was reported at 9:02 a.m. Monday from 1504 S.E. 28th St.

• A hit-and-run accident was reported at 4:09 p.m. Monday from 230 N. Walton Blvd.

• A hit-and-run accident was reported at 5:43 p.m. Monday from Southeast S St. and Southeast 28th St.

Rogers

• A rear-end accident was reported at 2:54 p.m. Monday from the intersection of 13th and Walnut streets.

• A man riding a moped was hit by a truck during a hit-and-run accident reported at 3:49 p.m Monday from 1848 S. 11th Place. The man told police he was turning at 13th Street and the vehicle hit him and drove west on New Hope.

• A passerby reported a wreck at 7:51 a.m. Monday at Honeysuckle Lane and West Pleasant Grove that was blocking westbound lanes. A car was towed.

• A three-car accident was reported at 9:42 a.m. Monday from West Bekaert Drive and Hudson Road. The accident blocked both westbound lanes. All three cars were towed. A 22-year-old man was hospitalized.

Rogers

• A permitted burn was canceled at 1 p.m. Monday behind Eight Street Motel, 915 S. Eight St., after firefighters found items outside the permit -- railroad ties, mattresses and carpet -- in the burn pile. A manager extinguished the fire.

• Rogers firefighters were sent to assist Avoca, Beaver Lake and Little Flock departments at 4:12 p.m. Monday for a brush fire threatening buildings near 13109 Walnut Valley Road.

• A false fire alarm triggered a call to firefighters at 11:21 p.m. Monday from 2203 S. Promenade Blvd. after a person set off the alarm with mist from an air freshener.

• Theft was reported at 10:30 a.m. Monday from 17142 Gann Ridge Road in Garfield after a person paid $7,600 for a trailer that wasn't delivered.

• Theft was reported at 11:29 a.m. Monday from 12 Pisgah Loop in Bella Vista.

• Theft was reported at 11:56 a.m. and at noon Monday from 1706 S.E. Walton Blvd.
