Alexander "Flip" Breiner, 21, told police he'd been at a party at 1300 Brown St. with his girlfriend when they had a fight and he left alone about 10 p.m., according to a police report. Breiner said he was walking home when the host of the party, his girlfriend's brother, offered him a ride. Breiner told police that when he got in the vehicle, the man held him at gunpoint and drove him back to the house.

Breiner said the man and a 22-year-old Little Rock woman tied him up with a phone cord and took his wallet, cellphone and $70, according to the report. The two later drove Breiner to North Little Rock to obtain Breiner's debit card, but stopped at a McDonald's and a gas station on the way to his home, the report states.

It was about 4:10 a.m. when Breiner ran inside the gas station, told an employee to call the police and locked himself in a bathroom, the report states.

Police said Breiner had small lacerations on his hands and refused medical treatment.

Officers went to the Brown Street house and saw the vehicle described by Breiner parked outside, but made no arrests.

Court records show Breiner had been free on bond less than two weeks after he and a friend were arrested in connection with a Dec. 4 robbery of a Cabot man. They were both charged with aggravated robbery, false imprisonment and theft of property.

Breiner, formerly of Jacksonville, posted a $10,000 bond March 25 and was released from the Pulaski County jail.
