Brack scholarship event is Sunday

The Robert L. Brack Music Scholarship Committee is hosting its annual music scholarship fundraising concert at 4 p.m. Sunday at Oak Park Baptist Church, 8200 Flintridge Road in Little Rock, just off the Stagecoach Road exit at I-430.

Noah Adams, a senior at Little Rock Central High, is the recipient of the committee's 2015 music scholarship. Adams will be among the performers at the concert that is open and free to the public.

Other performers are soloists Tomarro Simmons, the Rev. Danita Waller-Page and William Staggers, all of whom are Central High alumni and former choral music students of Robert Brack.

Also performing will be the Little Rock Central High School Madrigal Singers and the Concert Choir under the direction of Scott Whitfield and a performance by the Central High School Alumni Concert Choir under the direction of Robert Brack.

Tax exempt scholarship contributions will help fund the scholarship and can be sent and made payable to: Robert L. Brack Music Scholarship Fund, 14217 Longtree Drive, Little Rock, AR 72212.
