• Samuel Andrew Lucas II, 28, of 729 Rockwood Road in Pineville, Mo., was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia, fleeing and theft of property lost, mislaid or delivered by mistake. Lucas was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

• Amber Heath, 23, of 2131 Honeysuckle Lane was arrested Friday in connection with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence. She was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $2,500 bond Friday.

• Brian Sutton, 40, of 1600 Rolling Hills Drive was arrested Friday in connection with failure to appear, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and three misdemeanor offenses. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $100,000 bond Friday.

• Victor Clemente, 32, of 15063 Brown Road in Prairie Grove was arrested Thursday in connection with theft by receiving, fleeing and a misdemeanor offense. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $2,500 bond and a $1,140 bond Friday.

Rogers

• Ashley Nicole Holloway, 37, of 3616 S. Cliff Drive in Fort Smith was arrested Friday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia. Holloway was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Washington County Sheriff's Office

• Jennifer Blair, 30, of 803 Herron St. in Prairie Grove was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond Friday.

• Ryan Phillips, 23, of 596 W. Sycamore St. in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with theft of a vehicle and felony criminal mischief. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond Friday.

• Robert Granderson, 39, of 500 Meadowlark Drive in Watts, Okla. was arrested Friday in connection with failure to appear and contempt of court. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with two $175,000 bonds and a $800 bond Friday.

• William Gregory, 54, of Huntsville was arrested Friday in connection with failure to appear. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $50,000 bond Friday.

• Elizabeth Woodard, 57, of Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with violation of probation or a suspended sentence, theft of leased or rented property and a misdemeanor offense. She was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $175,000 bond and a $1,287 bond and a hold from another department Friday.

• Dustin Pendergraft, 29, of 11126 Sheppard Place in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and a misdemeanor offense. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $5,000 bond Friday.

• Robert Glenn, 29, of 3064 W. Micah St. in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with failure to appear. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $175,000 bond Friday.

• A theft was reported at 3:57 p.m. Thursday from 601 Camellia Drive A.

• A breaking or entering was reported at 5:07 p.m. Thursday at 702 Windsor Lane.

• A theft was reported at 6:06 p.m. Thursday at 1401 Phyllis St.

• A breaking or entering was reported at 8:39 p.m. Thursday at 602 Picadilly St.

• A burglary was reported at 8:49 p.m. Thursday at 501 N.E. Whitney St.

Fayetteville

• Theft was reported at 9:25 a.m. Friday at 741 S. Morningside Drive.

• A garage was reported broken into and items missing at 1:53 p.m. Thursday at 568 N. Blue Jay Lane.

• Theft of services was reported at 1:44 p.m. Thursday at 4363 W. Wedington Drive.

• Burglary was reported at 1:40 p.m. Thursday at 4002 N. Zion Valley Drive. A woman said she was in the wrong house and then ran.

• Breaking and entering of a vehicle was reported at 12:23 p.m. Thursday at 2 W. Dickson St.

• Lost or stolen property was reported at 12:16 p.m. Thursday at 1075 S. Shiloh Drive.

• A lost or stolen badge was reported by a former Fayetteville policeman at 1:02 p.m. Thursday. Dominic Swanfeld resigned earlier this year from the Police Department. When he turned in his police equipment, he couldn't find one badge, said Craig Stout, police spokesman. Police had to file a report, he said. Swanfeld will return the badge when he finds it, Stout said. The badge is worth about $100.
