Moises Ochoa of Green Forest won $100,000 on Monday after buying a $5 Win it All game ticket, the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery announced.
Ochoa bought the ticket at the T-A One Stop at 13503 U.S. 62 in Green Forest.
Ochoa told lottery officials he plans to pay a few bills with his winnings and save the rest.
