Arkansas State Police

• Matthew Adam Jefferson, 32, of 303 Cheri Whitlock Drive in Siloam Springs, was arrested Saturday in connection with a felony parole violation and misdemeanor counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and criminal solicitation. Jefferson was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Bethel Heights

• Holly Rae Shepherd, 34, of 1505 W. Huntsville in Springdale was arrested Saturday in connection with a felony parole violation and misdemeanor counts of contempt and failure to appear. Shepherd was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with a partial bond of $3,100.

Fayetteville

• Cody Anderson, 27, of 588 Kings Lane in Pea Ridge was arrested Sunday in connection with public intoxication, two felony counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, three counts of possession of a controlled substance and two counts of failure to pay fines and costs. Anderson was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $4,875 bond and a hold for Rogers.

Springdale

• Jaimes Gerardo, 20, of 2144 Carefree Lane was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, forgery, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while intoxicated. Gerardo was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,500 bond.

• TJ Napkan, 18, of 1275 Tolleson Loop was arrested Saturday in connection withe first-degree criminal mischief, criminal trespass, obstructing governmental operations, minor in possession of alcohol and aggravated assault. Napkan was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,500 bond.

• A hit-and-run accident was reported at 8:13 a.m. Saturday from 1301 S.E. D St.

• A hit-and-run accident was reported at 9:14 p.m. Saturday from Mission Boulevard and Old Wire Road.

• A hit-and-run accident was reported at 1:08 p.m. Saturday from 3575 N. Shiloh Drive.

• An accident was reported by parking enforcement at 6:57 p.m. Saturday from 495 W. Dickson St.

• A wreck was reported at 6:26 p.m. Friday from Walnut and Lake Atalanta Road after a white car ended up in the ditch.

• A 69-year-old woman was hospitalized after a wreck at 8:32 p.m. Friday near First Street and New Hope Road.

• An injury accident was reported at 2:34 p.m. Sunday from 7250 W. Sunset.

• A hit-and-run accident was reported at 11:07 p.m. Saturday from 964 N. Maestri.

• A gas drive-off was reported at 5:58 p.m. Saturday from 2801 S.E. J St.

• Theft was reported at 1:45 p.m. Saturday from 300 N.E. Moberly Lane.

• Suspicious activity was reported at 12 a.m. Saturday from 4606 S.W. Chancery St.

Fayetteville

• A phone lost or stolen from Hill Place Apartments was reported at 11:19 a.m. Sunday at 100 w. Rock St.

• Suspicious activity was reported at 9:27 a.m. Sunday from 2 North Lake Sequoyah Spur after a man and a woman showed up at the lake and threw a safe in near the old bridge. A person retrieved the safe before calling police and said it had been damaged to get it open and they found a traffic ticket, empty bank envelope and an xBox game with the safe.

• Theft of a 2011 Honda Ruckus was reported at 4:19 a.m. Sunday from 603 W. Cheshire Court.

• A drunken person was reported at 3:39 a.m. Sunday from 2948 W. Old Farmington Road after an intoxicated man attempted to charge the doors and get in windows of a house while looking for a person who did not live there.

• Breaking and entering was reported at 3:29 a.m. Sunday from 251 N.West Ave.

• Shots fired were reported at 1:30 a.m. Sunday from apartments at 3001 W. Wedington Drive. Two people called police and said two women had been fighting in a ditch across the street and they believed one fired two shots.

• Burglary and stolen medication was reported at 10:59 p.m. Saturday from apartments at 401 W. 24th St.

• Shots fired were reported at 10:02 p.m. Saturday from 2857 E. Weston Place, 2884 Brandon Circle, 2328 E. Polk Drive and 3136 Katherine. The callers described two shots. One said it sounded like a shotgun. Police searching the area found a person who said fireworks went off at the time the callers described.

• A University of Arkansas bus driver called police at 9:24 p.m. Saturday from 1274 N. Colorado Drive to report a couple of moped drivers who had been driving recklessly around his bus and another bus, and had cut him off. A woman on the bus told police she knew one of the men on the mopeds and would call him and ask him to stop.

• Police were called at 8:55 p.m. Saturday to apartments at 1764 N. Leverette Ave. after a man locked himself in a pair of handcuffs and his friends were unable to get him out.

• A disturbance was reported at 7:54 p.m. Saturday at 1063 S. Emily Drive after a neighbor told police a woman had been arguing with a man for some time and then broke a window with a hammer.

• Breaking and entering was reported at 7:47 p.m. Saturday from apartments at 2164 W. Stone St. after a wallet was stolen from a car.

• Assault and battery was reported at 7:47 p.m. Saturday from 578 E. Joyce Blvd. after a white truck backed into a yellow truck while the two were stopped at a light. The white truck had been doing a burnout, then put his vehicle in reverse and hit the one behind him, a witness told police.

• Theft of medication was reported at 6:13 p.m. Saturday from 1717 W. Reap Drive.

• Theft of two phones was reported at 5:40 p.m. Saturday from 6608 E. Lake Sequoyah Drive.

• Criminal mischief was reported at 5:36 p.m. Saturday from 1417 S. River Meadows Drive after a garden shed was destroyed by vandals.

• A drunken person was reported at 5:16 p.m. Saturday from apartments at 1526 N. Oakland Ave. after a person spotted a man with short blonde hair punching scooters in the parking lot. Police found the man sitting on the ground in the woods.

• A disturbance was reported at 1:47 p.m. Saturday from apartments at 741 S. Morningside Drive. A neighbor told police things were falling off the walls because of the fight next door. Police later requested an ambulance for an intoxicated man with a cut to his head.

• Theft was reported at 12:44 p.m. Saturday from 3545 N. Shiloh Drive.

• Shots fired were reported at 10:36 a.m. Saturday from apartments at 1005 S. Royal Oak Parkway. A person told police it sounded like three shots.

Rogers

• Domestic battery was reported at 10:38 p.m. Saturday from 1236 W. Sunset Drive after a woman was hit on the head.

• Assault was reported at 11:17 p.m. Saturday from Eighth Street Motel, 915 S. Eighth St. after medics were called for a 34-year-old man who was found at the bottom of the stairs intoxicated and with a head wound. The man initially told police he had fallen down the stairs and later said he was assaulted.

• Assault was reported at 2:11 a.m. Sunday from the Mercy Emergency Room after two patients showed up who had been in a fight and hit with beer bottles.

• A man was arrested for public intoxication after he was found at 2:06 p.m. Saturday on the ground near the parking lot between the Town Square shopping center and Price Cutter.

• Theft of a bicycle from behind a business was reported at 3 p.m. Saturday from 3929 W. Walnut.

• Burglary was reported at 8:34 p.m. Saturday from 909 N. Ninth St. after neighbors spotted a woman breaking windows to a house. Another neighbor called police after the woman tried to run over a man as she left. The woman told neighbors she was going to burn the house down.

• Breaking and entering of a vehicle was reported at 8:26 a.m. Saturday from 1710 S. 41st St. A backpack and laptop were taken the weekend before, the caller told police.

• Theft of a a licence tag was reported at 10:48 a.m. Saturday from 4304 W. Walnut.

• Theft of a a licence tag was reported at 12:31 p.m. Saturday from 2110 W. Walnut.

• Criminal mischief was reported at 6:54 p.m. Friday from 920 S. Sixth St. after church members at the Seventh Day Advent Church found the door had been broken in when they arrived for service.

• Breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of the car's title was reported at 7:24 p.m. Friday from 115 S. 15th St.

• Shoplifting was reported at 9:36 a.m. Friday from 261 N. 46th St. A person told police two men and a woman stole $400 of merchandise from a Barnes & Noble April 13 sold it at Vintage Stock.

• Theft was reported at 3:04 p.m. Sunday from 2323 S. Old Missouri.

• Unauthorized use of a vehicle was reported at 12:22 a.m. Sunday from 2699 Alton.

• Burglary was reported at 11:14 p.m. and 8:15 p.m. Saturday from 3055 Memory.
