Officers were called about 11:54 p.m. to the 2900 block of East Washington Street, where they learned that Quincy Wilbon, 25, had been shot and taken to a hospital in someone’s vehicle, Officer Shana Cobbs said in a statement.

Wilbon was suffering from at least one gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the hospital, Cobbs said. His body has been sent to the state Crime Laboratory for autopsy to determine his exact cause of death, police said.
