The 16th annual Bargains Galore on 64 kicked off Thursday and continues through the weekend, with flea market finds available along 160 miles in Arkansas.

From Fort Smith to Beebe on U.S. 64, which runs along Interstate 40, the event features items for sale from commercial vendors, as well as nonprofit organizations, churches and civic groups.

Participating cities include Alma, Altus, Atkins, Clarksville, Conway, Fort Smith, Russellville, Beebe, Morrilton, Ozark, Van Buren and Vilonia.

There are no limits to what can be sold at the annual event, though antiques and collectibles are encouraged, according to the event's website.

The three-day event, which Southern Traveler magazine designated a "Travel Treasure," runs through Saturday.
