CONWAY — Construction of a bridge over Interstate 40 in Conway will require the closing of lanes of the interstate.
The work will affect traffic on the interstate just east of mile marker 127.
The Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department said the eastbound, inside lane will be closed from 8 p.m. Tuesday until 6 a.m. Wednesday. The eastbound, outside lane will be closed from 8 p.m. Wednesday until 6 a.m. Thursday, and the westbound, inside lane is to be shut down from 8 p.m. Thursday until 8 a.m. Friday.
The department said lanes may also be closed Friday and Saturday as needed.
All the work is weather permitting.
