Searcy Ewell of Little Rock told police he was "throwing papers on his route" at 3:54 a.m. when he noticed two men following him, according to a report. At the corner of West 10th and Jefferson streets Ewell got out of his car, and the two men approached. One of the men pointed a small, silver automatic pistol at him and then sat in Ewell's car, the report said.

The man asked whether Ewell's car was a standard. Ewell told the man it was, and the report said the man responded, "It's your lucky day." The two men fled on foot east toward Lewis Street.

The woman left and headed north on Geyer Springs Road.

The report did not specify what type of meat had been stolen. No arrests had been made Wednesday night.
