Justin Moore will weigh in; Frontier Circus, center ring

Justin Moore will perform a free concert at 4 p.m. Sunday at the Bank of the Ozarks Arena in Hot Springs.

A native of nearby Poyen in Grant County, he will perform on the weigh-in stage of the arena, prior to the final weigh-in of the world championship of professional bass fishing, the 2015 Forrest Wood Cup, presented by Wal-Mart.

Moore, 31, the current Academy of Country Music New Artist of the Year, has had these No. 1 hits: "Small Town USA," "If Heaven Weren't So Far Away, "Til My Last Day" and "Lettin' the Night Roll." He also made the Top 10 with "Backwoods" and "Point at You."

Moore has been on tour with Brad Paisley since May, on Paisley's "Crushin' It World Tour."

The bass fishing tournament, being held on Lake Ouachita today through Sunday, will feature 50 of the world's best professionals and co-anglers, competing for $500,000 in the pro division and $50,000 in the co-angler division.

Frontier Circus will perform at 9:30 p.m. today at the White Water Tavern. As is its custom, Frontier Circus will play first, followed by its opening/closing act, Steve Howell and the Mighty Men. Admission is $5.

Frontier Circus, a creation of Frontier Dan, also features Lightnin' Lou, Daredevil Dave, Victor El Valiente and Justice Williams.

Howell, a Texas blues-rock veteran, has released four albums, the latest of which, Yes, I Believe I Will, features central Arkansas musicians Jason Weinheimer on keyboards, Dave Hoffpauir on drums and Chris Michaels on guitars and bass.

Big Silver will perform at 9:30 p.m. Friday. Admission is $5.

The reunited Mulehead will play at 9 p.m. Saturday and will feature the latest songs by Mulehead leader Kevin Kerby. Admission is $6.
