A Jacksonville woman has won $1 million from a $2 Powerball ticket, Arkansas lottery officials said Friday.
Teresa Williams purchased the ticket from the Furlow Grocery, 10623 Highway 89 South in Lonoke, officials said.
Williams told lottery officials that she planned to pay off a few bills, help her parents and save the rest, a statement said.
