Information is from state Health Department records. Restaurants are listed in order of inspection date. All reports are from regular food service inspections unless otherwise noted. Critical violations are defined as items relating directly to factors that lead to food-borne illness and must be corrected immediately. Noncritical violations are defined as items that relate to maintenance of food operations and cleanliness.

Provide a supply of individual disposable towels or a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel or a heated air drying device at each handwashing sink in food preparation, toilet and warewashing areas. Reusing containers that establishment could not say if they were chemical or food containers; use only containers that are meant to be reused for food storage, (bulk items such as sugar, flour, etc.); replace all bulk type containers with approved food-grade containers. Cardboard in the bottom of the beer cooler; cardboard is not an approved surface. Walk-in cooler walls and door are rusty and no longer smooth and easily cleanable. You must have a written policy for time as a control; if using time as a control, time must be marked as soon as food leaves temperature control and then the food must be discarded after four hours. TCS foods shall be thawed using an approved method.

Noncritical violations: Reserve handwashing sink for hand washing only. Discard cans dented on seams (top and bottom seam or vertical seam on can body). Keep raw meats below and separate from prepared and ready-to-eat foods; arrange raw meats according to cooking temperature; the higher the cooking temperature the lower you must place the product on the shelf. After being used as a medium for cooling the exterior surfaces of food, packaged foods or equipment, ice may not be used as food. Food must be stored in compliance with established regulations. Wiping cloths shall be used as intended and in compliance with Regulations Pertaining to Retail Food Establishment. Clean shelving in walk-in cooler so hanging food particles on wire racks are not a food contamination risk anymore.
