Good, maybe now the State can add a few passing lanes to Hwy. 5 from Benton to Hot Springs Village, the largest city in the State without a 4 lane Hwy. connecting it to I-30 and Benton to the north or Hot Springs to the south.

The State surely has a big surplus of Funds for this Project, Otherwise the Big Tax Cuts and Large Raises would not have been given to all the Legislators, and others, We are a Big Conservative State now aren't we????
