Arkansas receivers coach Michael Smith visited with one of the nation's top playmakers Tuesday.

Highly sought receiver Tyrie Cleveland, 6-3, 190, 4.32 seconds in the 40 yard dash, of Houston Westfield High School hosted Smith. He's one of the Hogs' top targets.

Cleveland was one of the more electrifying receivers at The Opening at Nike Headquarters in July. He has recorded times of 10.50 seconds in the 100 meters and 21.9 in the 200. He visited Fayetteville July 22-23.

The Razorbacks are in the mix and in good shape to receive an official visit.

As of now, Pulaski Robinson athlete T.J. Hammonds, Star City defensive lineman Austin Capps, Smackover receiver Jordan Jones, tight end Grayson Gunter and junior college offensive lineman Deion Malone of Northwest Mississippi Community College have been confirmed as official visitors this weekend. There will be at least one or two more.

Malone said he plans to enroll at his school of choice in Jan. He said there's a good chance he could commit if the visit goes well.

Hammonds has a basketball game Friday night and will arrive later that night or early Saturday morning.

Arkansas basketball signee Arlando Cook, 6-8, 205 of Connors State Community College in Oklahoma will arrive in Fayetteville Friday for the start of his official visit. He made an unofficial visit in August.
