North Little Rock police responded to a food fight at a Taco Bell and arrested a man on a charge of public intoxication Sunday.

Officers were called about 8:20 a.m. to the fast food restaurant at 3900 McCain Blvd. Employees said a man had been yelling and throwing food and drinks during a dispute with his wife, according to an arrest report. Police said food was "strewn about the lobby," and that the man, identified as Trenton Fincher, 29, refused to cooperate with officers.

The nature of the reported dispute was unclear.

Fincher was arrested and transported to UAMS Medical Center, where he tested positive for methamphetamine and a chemical associated with marijuana, according to the report.

In addition to public intoxication, he was charged with disorderly conduct, refusal to submit to arrest and obstructing governmental operations.

Fincher was not listed on the Pulaski County jail roster Monday.
