A Beebe man was killed and four others were injured in a single-vehicle crash Monday afternoon in White County, Arkansas State Police reported.
A 1992 GMC pickup was headed north on Strayhorn Road at 4:27 p.m. when the driver lost control in a right-hand curve and over-corrected, causing the pickup to overturn, the report said. Jason Ollis, 37, a passenger in the pickup, was killed.
The driver, Laura Wells, 42, and passenger Amber Edens, 31, as well as two children, all from Beebe, were injured in the crash and taken to White County Medical Center in Searcy.
At the time of the crash, the weather was clear and roads were dry.
