Junior college offensive lineman Deion Malone has made it official and signed with Arkansas.
Malone, 6-5, 295 pounds, of Northwest Mississippi Community College in Senatobia, Miss., inked with the Hogs over 17 other scholarship offers from schools like East Carolina, Memphis, San Diego State, Tulane and late interest from Mississippi State.
“Deion is another example of a young man who has had success on and off the field,” said Coach Bret Bielema. “He will join us in January for school and drills that should have an immediate impact on the interior offensive line.”
He was named first-team All Mississippi Association of Community/Junior College this season.
