The Arkansas Farm Bureau has hired Bryan Pistole as graphic design and editorial coordinator and Mollie Dykes as a social-media and public-relations specialist. Both positions are within the organization’s Public Relations Department.

Longtime Batesville banker Renee Long has returned to Citizens Bank as senior vice president of consumer lending.

FINANCE

The state Bank Department has promoted Michael Saunders to assistant deputy commissioner. Bob Henry will assume Saunders’ current position as supervisor of one of the two commercial examiner groups based in Little Rock. Andrew Mc-Cormick was promoted to bank assistant examiner; Donna Dodge and Mark Rye transferred from commercial examination groups to the information systems and trust examination groups, respectively; Scott Chandler was hired as an information systems examiner trainee; and Antwanette Pettigrew-House was hired as an administrative analyst.

Legacy Capital Group has hired Teressa Rambo to lead its retirement services division.

INSURANCE

QualChoice has announced that Terri Parker West has been promoted from supervisor for communications and design services to manager of communications and design.

Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield has named Joy Evans director of internal operations training.

Randy Fuller has been named the director of provider reimbursement for Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield.

MEDICAL

Amberlie Jones of North Little Rock has joined Arkansas Urology as its patient access manager.

Dawn Brown has joined Epoch Men’s Health as director of operations for the Arkansas region.

NONPROFIT

Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art has announced that Ana Aguayo was hired as membership program manager at the museum; Emily Ironside, former membership program manager, has been promoted to development officer and also will oversee the museum’s membership program; and Hannah Nestor also has joined the membership team as program assistant.

Don Weaver, executive vice president of Weaver Bailey Contractors Inc. in El Paso, has been elected 2015 chairman of the board of directors of TRIP, a national transportation research nonprofit based in Washington, D.C.

Ashley R. Coldrion has been named chief development officer at Arkansas Community Foundation.

Ron Maxwell has been named deputy tourism director for the Arkansas Department of Parks and Tourism.

PUBLISHING

The University of Arkansas Press has promoted David Scott Cunningham to senior editor.

TELECOMMUNICATIONS

Windstream has announced two senior leadership appointments. Kevin Halpin has been named senior vice president of process development and improvement and will work with business unit leaders. Kristi Moody has been named senior vice president of law and corporate secretary for the board of directors.
