— Arkansas coach Mike Anderson won't be fined for his criticism of officials following Saturday's game at Florida.

The Southeastern Conference office issued a statement Monday which read: "Commissioner (Mike) Slive and Coach Anderson had a conversation today about appropriate processes and protocols for discussing officiating concerns. After the conversation, we consider the matter to be resolved."

Anderson wouldn't comment on the situation when asked at his regularly scheduled news conference Monday afternoon.

The fourth-year Razorbacks head coach said he was unhappy with officiating and singled out official John Hampton following a loss to Florida on Saturday. Hampton called a foul on Arkansas forward Alandise Harris with 1.9 seconds remaining in the game, allowing the Gators to shoot two free throws.

Florida's Michael Frazier II made both attempts to give the Gators a 57-56 win over the Razorbacks.

A bylaw passed in 2009 gives the SEC power to fine or suspend coaches for public comments critical of officiating. Former Florida football coach Urban Meyer and former Mississippi State basketball coach Rick Stansbury were fined $30,000 each for critical comments following the implementation of the bylaw.
