Benton County Sheriff's Office

• Kreag Duane Voris, 21, of 1710 South S St. in Fort Smith was arrested Sunday in connection to felony failure to appear, misdemeanor failure to appear and obstructing governmental operations. Voris was being held Sunday in Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Bentonville

• Kristie Michelle O'Neill, 33, of 220 Copper Oaks Drive in Centerton was arrested Sunday in connection with two counts of second-degree felony forgery, two counts of felony theft by receiving, failure to appear for a misdemeanor offence, failure to appear for a felony offense and revocation of suspended sentence or probation. O'Neill was being held Sunday in Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Bella Vista

• Dewayne Reed Cortez, 25, of 509 W. Main St. in Weir, Okla., was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of methamphetamine or cocaine with intent to deliver, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, three counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying a weapon. Cortez was being held Sunday in Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

• Adam Luetjen, 30, 1626 N. Oakhaven was arrested Sunday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member, terroristic threatening, driving while intoxicated and improper safety equipment. Luetjen was being held Sunday on a $2,500 bond in Washington County Detention Center.

• Clayton Waldrop, 21, of 4220 Stadium Blvd. in Jonesboro was arrested Sunday at Springwoods Behavioral Health in connection with second-degree battery and third-degree battery. Waldrop had attacked a 27-year-old employee at the center who was taken to Washington Regional Medical Center for head injuries. He bit a 23-year-old woman who was hospitalized as a precaution, scratched one staff member, squeezed the throat of another woman, leaving red marks, and hit another person with the back of his fist, according to police. Waldrop was being held Sunday on a $5,000 bond in Washington County Detention Center.

•Christopher Clark, 42, of 105 Wright Drive in Rogers was arrested Saturday in connection with robbery, theft by receiving, criminal trespass, theft of property, second-degree criminal mischief. Clark was being held Sunday on a $2,500 bond in Washington County Detention Center.

Washington County Sheriff's Office

• Gordon Jones, 52, of 4041 Canvas Road in Fayetteville was arrested Saturday in connection with cruelty to animals. Jones was released on $480 bond Saturday from Washington County Detention Center.

• William Millican, 36, of 11162 State Line Road in Summers was arrested Saturday in connection with terroristic threatening, third-degree assault and fleeing. Millican was released on a $2,500 bond Sunday in in Washington County Detention Center.

• Trina Michelle Williams, 45, of 300 N.W. 35th St. Apt. 2 was arrested Sunday in connection with two counts of felony failure to appear. Williams was being held Sunday on a $3,500 bond. Williams was being held Sunday in Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Counterfeit money was reported at 307 N. Walton Blvd. at 11:14 a.m. Saturday.

• Theft was reported at 2707 S.E. Moberly Lane at 11:34 p.m. Saturday.

Fayetteville

• Forgery of credit card receipts of more than $900 was reported from 1050 E. Zion Road at 10 a.m. Sunday.

• Assault and battery was reported at 1645 N. Saddlehorn Ave. 9:18 a.m. Sunday after a person hit a caretaker.

• A gray 2012 Hyundai Elantra was reported stolen from 437 W. Louise St. at 12:49 a.m. Sunday.

• Theft of liquor was reported from 1428 S. School Ave at 9:38 p.m. Saturday.

• Theft of a cellphone was reported from 305 N. College Ave. at 10:47 p.m. Saturday.

• Breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of a laptop was reported from 248 E. Elaine Ave. at 2:57 p.m. Saturday.

• Assault and battery was reported at a basketball court near 1595 N. Dartmouth Ave. at 1:42 p.m. Saturday. Three men threatened him and one of the three injured him, the victim told police.

• Theft of a phone was reported from 3919 N. Mall Ave. at 1:40 p.m. Saturday.

• Battery was reported at 508 N. Dixieland Road at 10:33 p.m. Saturday.

• Assault was reported at 1304 W. New Hope Road at 12:58 a.m. Sunday.

Springdale

• Theft was reported at 507 E. Emma at 8:14 a.m. Sunday.

• Theft was reported at 1550 Electric St. at 5:34 a.m. Sunday.

• Assault was reported at 609 W. Maple at 5 a.m. Sunday.

• Breaking and entering was reported at 501 Ewalt at 11:38 p.m. Saturday.

• Theft was reported at 922 E. Emma at 8:22 p.m. Saturday.

• Theft was reported at 404 N. Thompson at 1:08 p.m. Saturday.

Accident

Fayetteville

• A hit-and-run accident was reported at apartments at 3851 W. Shoal Creek Lane at 3:03 a.m. Sunday.

• A hit-and-run accident was reported at 433 S. Eastern Ave. at 1:35 a.m. Sunday. A person reported seeing several people get out of a truck with a damaged tire that hit a mailbox and became stuck in a ditch.

• A hit-and-run accident involving a truck was reported from 3120 W. Martin Luther King Blvd. at 10:31 p.m. Saturday.

• A hit-and-run accident was reported at 2703 Jessica Place at 7:39 p.m. Saturday. A red car hit another car leaving them stranded on Huntsville. The driver of the hit-and-run vehicle was suspected of being intoxicated.
