Brothers held in Memphis killing

Memphis police have arrested brothers in the Feb. 8 shooting death of a 22-year-old man.

Rodrick Frison, 18, and Martell Frison, 27, were charged with first-degree murder and attempted first-degree murder in the early morning shooting of two men at the A-Game Restaurant and Bar at 6642 Winchester Road, the Memphis Police Department said in a statement Wednesday.

When officers arrived at the A-Game about 1:17 a.m. Feb. 8, they found Christopher Thomas, 22, lying in the parking lot suffering from several gunshot wounds, police said. First responders pronounced Thomas dead, authorities said. Another 22-year-old male victim was taken by private vehicle to St. Francis Hospital, where he was listed in noncritical condition, the department said.

Rodrick Frison was booked into the Shelby County, Tenn., jail Sunday, and Martell Frison was arrested Tuesday, jail records show. They are due in court Feb. 25.
