BOOK SIGNING AND COOKING CLASS
Kirsten Shockey and Christopher Shockey, authors of Fermented Vegetables, will sign copies of their book and conduct a fermentation class at Eggshells Kitchen Co., 5501 Kavanaugh Blvd., Little Rock, from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday. Admission is $50 and includes all supplies and a copy of the book. Participants will get to take home their fermented creation. Advance registration is required.
