Hazel Cathy Wadley, 58, of Memphis pleaded guilty in November to one count of wire fraud.

In addition to the prison time, Wadley will serve three years of supervised release and pay $301,000 in restitution to Menasha Hunting and Fishing Club in Turrell, a spokesman for U.S. Attorney Edward Stanton III's office said.

Wadley also was ordered to pay $237,000 to Zurich Insurance Group, Menasha's insurance company.

At her plea hearing Thursday, Wadley admitted that between October 2007 and August 2013 she stole funds from Menasha by using Menasha's account at Suntrust Bank to make online payments, Stanton's spokesman said.
