Warmer, drier weather will make its way into the state this weekend, according to the National Weather Service in Little Rock.
Much of the state can expect mostly clear and sunny conditions with temperatures reaching between 50 and 60 degrees through the weekend and next week.
“Not a lot of moisture is expected. We’re getting back into a warming trend, it looks pretty dry over the next seven days,” National Weather Service forecaster John Lewis said.
The temperature was 39 degrees at 10:00 a.m. Friday in Little Rock, and a high near 43 degrees is expected.
