Delita Martin, whose multimedia work was recently on display at Crystal Bridges Museum's "State of the Art" exhibit, has moved her show over to William F. Laman Public Library System's Argenta Branch in North Little Rock. The opening reception was Jan. 16 during Argenta's Art Walk.
"Beyond Layers" features portraits paired with domestic objects using printmaking, drawing, sewing and collage.
Guests were able to meet the artist and view the artwork in the gallery and enjoy wine and nibbles in the library's lobby. Boswell Mourot Fine Art helped host the reception.
The works will be on display through Feb. 13.
