Officers found a dead man in a van outside a bar Monday morning, according to the Pine Bluff Police Department.
About 11:30 a.m., police found the man outside The Pit Stop Sports Bar at 6000 Sheridan Road in Pine Bluff, Pine Bluff Police Department spokesman Sgt. David De Foor said in a news release.
Attempts to revive the man were not successful, and the man appeared to have been deceased for some time, De Foor said.
Police are not releasing the man's name until his next of kin are notified, according to the news release.
Officers are investigating this as a suspicious death and do not suspect foul play at this time, De Foor said.
Police said the body has been sent to the state Crime Laboratory to determine the cause of death.
